More magical evenings

Thiruvananthapuram: Evenings can be more entertaining now for the city dwellers. The Magic Academy has launched evening courses in the art and science of magic. The course mainly aims at the working class who are engaged during the daytime.

Class timings is from 6pm to 7.30pm. There will be basic and higher modules. Each module would have approximately 15 classes.

Course ofexcellence
For magicians who wish to conceive a 30-40 minutes of show, the Academy offers a ‘Course of Excellence’. The classes will help the participants to streamline their ongoing shows and make it more attractive. The stage, light and sound etc. available with the Wonder World auditorium of the Academy will be permitted for practicing sessions. The course has already been offered at the Magic Academy Research Centre at the KINFRA Film and Video Park, Kazhakuttam.
Residential facility

Both these centres have a capacity to provide accommodation for two candidates each. For a monthly fee of Rs.1500, standard accommodation with complimentary dinner or breakfast will be provided.

Other courses available are: Senior Basic Course through Sundays, Junior Basic Course for children (Alternate weekdays during April-May every year) and Five or seven days of Crash Courses in magic (Impromptu, Close-up or Conjuring magic).
