Michael Close new Editor of M-U-M

Michael Close been selected as the new Editor of M-U-M- magazine the official organ of the Society of American Magicians (SAM). President Bruce Kalver has announced that Mr. Close will succeed John Moehring as editor beginning in January 2009. In release issued by the SAM, Mr. Close is described as a magician, writer and fine musician. His books for magicians have become modern classics. He has performed and lectured around the world. Mona Morrison will be the new advertising manager for the magazine, the release said.
