Admission started "to learn magic"


Thiruvanathapuram: The dream comes true faster. The admission started for the world's first university recognised magic courses. The Magic Academy in assosiation with Centre for Adult, Continuing Education and Extension (CACEE), Kerala University opened admission for Certificate in Magical Art (CMA).

Ever since its inception in 1996, the Acdemy has been offering myriads of magic courses ranging from beginner's course to a higher study followed by continuing eduaction. No art, no technology or no tread of information sustains time unless it is handed down to the descerning. At the Academy, hence the process of magical education is an undaunted one. And it is a pride for the entire State of Kerala that such a progressive stance by a University is taken magic course for the first time in the world.

The certificate in Magical Art (CMA) offers professional magical training which provide practices and principles needed for learning and perorming the magical art. The duration of this course is three month which comprises of the history of magic, sciences of magic, showmanship, close-up magic and conjuring magic. Those who have passed SSLC or equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
