Amsterdam: The Dutch would get the magic touch of India on 22nd and 24th of November. A group of Indian magicians including traditional street magicians have already arrived here to take part in the ongoing Amsterdam India Festival (AIF). Familiar names of native magicdom including Raj Kumar of Delhi, street magicians, Farooq and Chand Pasha along with the up and coming Kerala magician, Sherin V. George make the magical entourage.

“I am ambitious of staging mentalism, body stunts, and escapes in Indian style”, says Mr. Sherin whose show’s script has been done by the magical maestro, R. Raja Moorthy.

Ramana (Wouter Bijdendijk) the Netherlands magician who has a deep interest in Indian magic, is the mastermind that has made the tour possible for his Indian counterparts.

The event inaugurated by the Princess Maxima at the Museumplein on 12th of November is organized by a host of institutions including the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, among others.
