A.P. Sreenivas passes away

Magic Academy deeply mourns the unexpected demise of able magician A.P. Sreenivas of Ooty, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu today morning due to heart attack. We recall with pride that he was one of our guides whose talent has crossed seas to find a place on the cover page of the famed 'Linking Ring' magazine published by the International Brotherhood of Magicians. The departed soul is survived by his wife and daughter.

It was shocking to hear the sad news. His absence has surely left a huge vaccum that cannot be replaced. He was a great magician and further more a greater human being. I wish I had a chance to let him know how much I admired him.

Most of us never knew his talents... We need to search abroad, how much the world of Magic admired him. I was lucky enough to be one of his friends.

The demise has been reported to Harold Twaddle
,IBM Sick & Convalescent Committee
Chairman.

Deep condolence from the bottom of my heart on the demise of an authority in the filed of magic. His record of being the only Indian Magician to have two One Man Parades in the Linking Ring segregates him to an exceptional category in the art. May his soul rest in peace.

Really shocked. Never thought of him as old enough to die. His combined inspirations is one of the treasures I have and still trying to get his perfection in execution.
